THE BAND
Formed in 2021, the band used the unique position of being stuck in a Pandemic without much to do in order to intensively practice. Since then, they have stayed active playing all over Germany, releasing their first EP and several music videos to accompany it. Luxury Communism's style has been described as Indie-surf-rock. If you're looking for your next ear-worm, you'll find a host of melodies getting stuck in your head backed-up by flowing, effortless lyrics.
JACK DEVANEY

Hailing from England, Jack grew up surrounded by music, both from his father and later the bustling scene in Brighton itself.

His influences have their roots firmly planted in the 60s & 70s. Being a Beatles fan to an almost annoying degree, you can't escape the clear influence in his songwriting.

His off days are spent going into a hypnotic fixation while producing, doodling & chain smoking.
VICTOR ZUZA

Born in Moldova, Victor moved to Jena, DE to learn programming.

Inspired by John Frusciante / Red Fang. Victors style has developed from furious blues guitar riffs to painting more atmospheric reverb soaked landscapes.
His time is spent listening to a lot of Instrumental Prog, losing at Mario Kart & jogging to escape the Demons.
MOULOUD MAMMERI

A child of the Desert. Mouloud grew up in Algeria. After beginning to study something "normal", the call of music grew ever stronger. He was heavily involved in the metal scene in Algiers before joining Tatafull who had notable success in North Africa.

A man who practices more than any other member of the band. He loves playing chess, talking politics and trying the local food and drinks wherever his travels take him.
NATALIE BERNEI

The only member born and raised in Düsseldorf, DE where the band is based. Natalie has the most loyal fans in her parents. They are at almost every show!

Her restrained, unique style on the drums caught the attention of the founding band members immediately.
​
She spends her time going on cycling tours, winning at Mario Kart, and starting (but not finishing) 3000 piece jigsaw puzzles.
